Picked Ya Kun because it’s listed to close at 10pm. The drinks we got were just standard Ya Kun stuff (though they were out of barley by then). The main issue was that staff asked if we were done around 9:15pm so they could wash our cups.

My first Singaporean breakfast expereince. It was not bad, I think I'd prefer the bread to be slightly thicker and airier though so it can soak the egg more. It's a chain restaurant and it can get busy, so better to go early!

You have to try Kaya Toast, it’s a Singaporean milestone. Must dip the Kaya toast in the half boiled eggs mixed with soy sauce and white pepper to really understand. Highly recommend.

Stayed in Singapore for 3 days and had Yakun Kaya Toast for every breakfast! Delicious, classic flavors, and the perfect start to the day. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Singapore.

As far as ya kun outlets go, this isn't the best. Queue was very long and slow moving. A single person takes orders and prepares the food and drinks, while a few more aunties worked in the kitchen dunno doing what.
