I have bought the Udon Truffle from Wok Hey many times. This time at the Novena Square outlet, I bought it again and was served by Syahmi, who has a very good attitude and provided excellent customer service.

Ordered wok hey and waited for more than 30 mins after checking they forgot to cook my order. So they just cook my order too fast and put too much chilli on it!!! They didnt even apologised for not serving my food on time. So disappointed. Staff are rude, i know they are busy but its not right to have that attitude.

Decent food but always underreport wait time. Online indicates estimated wait time 10-20 minutes, come here 20-30min. In reality, wait time is even longer. Suggest to order way in advance. Their udon is nice. Suggest to choose chilli mix-in if you like it spicy.
