There was no wait for the meal. I wanted to order the chee cheong fun, but it was already sold out by 2:30pm even though the restaurant opened at 12:30pm today. So I ordered the fried oyster omelette instead and it was layered well. The egg was flavourful, starch filling was crispy, and the oysters were medium sized and plump. It was rather heavy on the oily side, although the more I ate it, the more it grew on me. The dipping sauce balanced out the greasy flavour pretty well. I’d definitely come back here for this fried oyster omelette.
