Rude Indian lady staff wearing spectacles - cldn't hear what she said since she's wearing mask, so asked her to repeat herself. She became very impatient & replied in a very insincere tone. On top of that, her Indian accent was quite thick and she wasn't good at giving proper explaination. This almost created some minor miscommunications. Chinese man cashier staff was friendly. However, he needs to learn how to calm down, not rush, explain to customer the breakdowns of the orders properly. He was also literally shouting orders to the other 2 Indian lady staffs right in front of customers, while repeating / confirming our orders 3 times - he appeared confused while trying to multi-task. Food was ok. New creations on the menu are not always tasty, but their signature subs, nuggets + cookies are highly recommended. Decent sauces which pair off pretty well with the subs. I don't know if there's a SOP, but the sub i ordered from this outlet had minimal proteins, A LOT of vegetables. Ratio simply don't seem right. Main problem in this Bugis outlet is the staffs' communication skills - major room for improvement.
