We chose Maison Boulud to celebrate our 11th wedding anniversary lunch, and the experience was truly special thanks to the incredible atmosphere and service. The restaurant’s elegant French Riviera-inspired interior and beautiful views over Marina Bay made it feel like the perfect occasion spot. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Staff were attentive, warm, and thoughtful. They even surprised us with a complimentary slice of cake to mark our anniversary, which was such a sweet and memorable touch that made the day even more special! On the food side, we enjoyed the crab cake (nicely crisp and flavorful), the classic coq au vin (tender and comforting, though the sauce could have had a bit more depth), and the Frenchie Wagyu beef burger (a decadent treat, but slightly heavier than expected). Everything was well-prepared and presented beautifully with that Daniel Boulud signature, but it didn’t quite reach the “wow” level we hoped for given the reputation. Overall, a wonderful venue for celebrations with top-notch service and ambiance. The food is very good, just not flawless. We’d happily return for another special occasion! ❤️
