Popiah and rojak stall at Old Airport Road Food Centre.
Hock Guan Popiah Rojak operates at Old Airport Road Food Centre, offering two classic Singaporean snacks: popiah and rojak. The stall prepares fresh popiah rolls filled with cooked turnip, lettuce and crunchy bits, alongside a rojak tossed in a sweet, pungent prawn paste dressing.|The popiah features a soft, thin wrapper encasing a moist, flavourful filling, while the rojak combines fruits and vegetables in a distinctive sauce that balances sweet, sour and spicy notes. Both dishes require skill and balance to execute well, and Hock Guan maintains consistency across both items.|As part of the extensive lineup at Old Airport Road Food Centre, Hock Guan Popiah Rojak provides the essential snack combination that many hawker-goers crave alongside their main meals.Based on 30 Google reviews
