Ju Bao Xuan Mala Hotpot is a Sichuan-style mala hotpot establishment located at Velocity@Novena Square on Thomson Road. The stall offers a range of mala hotpot selections, where diners pick from an array of ingredients cooked in a numbing, fiery Sichuan peppercorn broth that is both addictive and intense. Beyond the hotpot, the menu features grilled mala fish and other Sichuan specialities that showcase the bold, distinctive flavours of the cuisine. Ju Bao Xuan operates additional outlets across Singapore, indicating a growing demand for its brand of authentic Sichuan heat. The Velocity@Novena Square location, a mall known for its fitness and lifestyle concept, provides a modern setting for what is traditionally a communal, convivial dining experience. For fans of mala who crave the genuine tingle of Sichuan peppercorns, this stall delivers in spades.Based on 2 Google reviews
