Fragrant, firm and full of ingredients, each Hoo Kee Rice Dumpling or Bak Zhang is handmade and prepared laboriously. The chestnuts are crumbly and have a mild sweetness that balances the umami of the moist, flavourful glutinous rice. Pork β¦
