Ordered 水饺面 from this stall and regretted immediately. Both the owners female and male sneezed into the food they were preparing.. multiple times. And laughed about it. Watched the male stallholder cook and pack my noodles, portion is very small, less than half a container. $5.00 for 4 very sad dumplings and 30c for takeaway container. Look at how much filling there is in the first dumpling. Can see the chopstick that’s poked through. And see the second dumpling, more skin than filling. Saddest 水饺s ever. Consistently measly fillings. Not going to bother taking pics of the other two dumplings. Noodles are also pong pong w a sticky film outside. From overcooking and boiling in a far too reused yellow water. Lastly I hope they really threw away that piece of fallen dumpling on the floor and not cook it for the next unsuspecting customer. Sigh. Should’ve stuck to handmade fishball noodles at the same hawker centre. $4 (cheaper) and a lot more generous ingredients. Huge handmade fishballs! Sad lunch today.

The noodles texture I was looking for! Great bite and it’s the slightly whitish type- not the factory yellow type with lots of alkaline smell. Wanton and dumpling were great! Char Siew could have been better so I drop it 1 star. Else, it’s great!

One of the good wonton noodles in town. Well flavoured noodles, texture just right. With added dark soya sauce would be perfect. The dumplings are fresh. $5 for the the combination is very affordable!
