Yong tau fu stall at Bendemeer Market & Food Centre
Healthy Yong Tau Fu is a hawker stall at Bendemeer Market & Food Centre serving the classic Singaporean-Chinese dish of stuffed tofu and vegetables in a clear broth. Diners pick from a display of freshly prepared items such as tofu puffs, bittergourd, okra and eggplant filled with fish paste, which are then poached and served with rice or noodles in a light, savoury soup. The stall emphasises fresh ingredients and a cleaner, less oily approach to the traditional yong tau fu format. It draws a steady lunchtime crowd from the Bendemeer neighbourhood, many of whom appreciate the lighter meal option amid richer hawker fare.Operating hours not available
