Kobe-origin Japanese bakery since 1961, famous for its Shichifuku Pan seven-flavour bread.
Gokoku Japanese Bakery originated in Kobe in 1961 and has brought its artisan approach to Singapore with outlets at Great World and Wisma Atria. The bakery is best known for its signature Shichifuku Pan, a bread incorporating seven flavours that embodies the Japanese appreciation for nuanced taste and meticulous craftsmanship. Beyond the flagship product, the range includes katsu sandwiches, anpan, melon pan, and seasonal items that rotate throughout the year. Each item is baked fresh daily using Japanese techniques and ingredients, maintaining the standards that have sustained the brand for over six decades. Gokoku offers a genuine taste of Japan's bakery culture, where bread is treated as a craft rather than a commodity.Based on 119 Google reviews

Purchased bread at 4:30pm and still tasted good and soft. I noticed the number of times that the staffs will replenish the bread trays while I was choosing. I guess that’s how they keep it fresh.

For a limited time Gokoku has this delicious Japanese cheesecake, crafted with creamy Hokkaido milk for $8.8, a $1 saving if purchased with other products. The cheesecake is soft, not dense, not as fluffy or bouncy as other cheesecakes that I have tried, is moist and has a delicious Hokkaido milk cheesy flavor to it.
