Famous Sungei Road Trishaw Laksa at Hong Lim Market & Food Centre is a storied stall that traces its roots to the old Sungei Road flea market. Owner Daniel Soh crafts a laksa broth that distinguishes itself with less coconut milk and a hint of fruit juice, resulting in a lighter, more aromatic gravy that still carries the essential spice depth. Rice noodles are topped with halved cockles, fishcake and a generous ladle of the fragrant broth. Its loyal following proves that a less heavy laksa can be just as satisfying as the richer versions found elsewhere.

I have my own flour but this one really hit the spot like the gravy is lemak and think with a punch. ingredient is good have cockles and all just don’t like the chicken meat inside.
