Pretty decent satay, one unique thing about this particular stall is that their sauce. Unlike the normal peanut satay sauce you get from most stall. this stall added pineapple puree into the peanut stall giving it an extra dimension. They also serve pork satay, something not commonly found outside as well.

If you have never dipped satay in pineapple infused peanut sauce, you cannot claim to have lived a full life 😏. Chye Seng Satay have been residents of Old Airport Road Food Centre (OARFC) since 1991 and are sellers of a traditional style of satay. Easily the best 🏆 satay stall at Old Airport Road Food Centre and one of the most delicious satay stalls in Singapore. Warning: your standards of Satay will be irreversibly raised after experiencing Chye Seng. I had a lovely chat with the kind and sincere owner aunty and thanked her profusely for her amazing satay. She shared with me that she innovates her recipe to differentiate and to keep up with ever rising customer expectations. She also shared that her regular customers come from afar (Jurong) and also some local celebrities frequent her stall. Freshness is a key principle of their stall and everything is made as fresh as possible, they'd rather run out then make large batches. They also keep prices competitive to serve the community. I had the chicken and pork, both splendid, with the special pineapple sauce, a traditional recipe that elevates this satay offering to new heights.
