Nice Butterfly Bun, crispy aromatic sesame on one side and soft on the inside. Goes really well on its own or even better with hot milk tea. Vegetarian curry puff gives a little light filling not too heavy but flavorful.

Located inside Albert Center. This stall only sells vegan food. The youtiao is so crispy and taste really great. Butterfly bun also taste good, sweet mixed with sesame. The aunty is also very friendly.

My husband and I simply love having the fritters with our coffee for our breakfasts. The you tiao is crispy on the outside, light and not doughy, unlike many others. Love the butterfly bun and the sweet bun as well. Can't help thinking about them now that we're back in New Zealand!

This is one of the best you tiao (churros orientale) in Singapore. Eat with a bowl of hot congee or a coffee from one of the nearby stalls.
