Teochew mee pok specialist at CapitaSpring in the CBD.
Heng's Authentic Teochew Mee Pok is a hawker stall at CapitaSpring, serving Teochew-style mee pok, a flat noodle dish that is a cornerstone of Teochew Chinese cuisine in Singapore. The stall's emphasis on authenticity signals a commitment to traditional preparation methods, including the distinctive vinegary, chilli-laced sauce that coats the al dente flat noodles and complements the accompanying fishballs, minced pork, and mushrooms. Its location at CapitaSpring, a modern mixed-use development in the CBD, brings heritage hawker fare into a contemporary office and retail environment, catering to professionals who seek traditional flavours without leaving the city centre. Teochew mee pok is prized for the texture of its noodles and the balance of its sauce, and Heng's positions itself as a specialist rather than a general noodle stall, focusing on doing one dish well. The stall adds to the growing representation of heritage hawker brands in Singapore's new commercial developments.Based on 53 Google reviews

Love being able to make my own concoction of rojak with my favorite condiments—the tofu and meat roll and fish cake—served with cucumber, fried dough and the sweet red sauce and chilli. Yum! Service was friendly and cheerful.

Super fresh ingredients, diced and mixed with cucumber, onions, and pepper; served with sweet brown sauce. Wasn't too oily, felt clean unlike other Indian rojak stalls. …

Things are all fresh, and refried when you pick. Super quick can just wait there for a few minutes. Very generous with kuah and onions and chillis. Tasty ingredients. Reasonable pricing.

Very, very good rojak in this part of town, guy is friendly and the gravy is nicely nutty and spicy. Wanted to deduct points for the owner being an ManU fan, but nah, the rojak is that good. Timing is always updated on Google,
