ION Orchard has a new reason to linger past the jewellery counters. The reopened Tiffany & Co. triplex at 2 Orchard Turn now houses the Blue Box Cafe, the first in Southeast Asia, with a menu crafted in collaboration with Julien Royer, chef-owner of three-Michelin-starred Odette. The cafe opens in mid-July 2026, with the renovated boutique having welcomed the public from 24 June 2026.
A Three-Storey Boutique Modelled on Fifth Avenue
The previous ION Orchard boutique closed in September 2025 for a revamp, moving into a temporary atrium space while the main store was gutted and expanded. The new triplex adds a third floor, and that top level is where the Blue Box Cafe sits. The design deliberately echoes Tiffany's flagship at 610 Fifth Avenue in New York, which reopened in 2023 after a four-year renovation that the brand calls its biggest rebranding since 1940. The ION Orchard store is the closest regional sibling to that Manhattan landmark.
First Blue Box Cafe in Southeast Asia
Before this, the Blue Box Cafe format lived only in Hong Kong, Tokyo, and a permanent outpost at Harrods in London. The ION Orchard location is only the fifth permanent Blue Box Cafe globally, and the very first in Southeast Asia. That alone has already drawn crowds to the ION Orchard atrium, where the temporary boutique remained open during the renovation.
Alongside the cafe opening, Tiffany & Co. is running an archival exhibition called Garden In Bloom from 2 to 12 July 2026 inside the renovated store. The exhibition draws from the brand's heritage archive and is free to view during store hours, making it a natural pairing with a cafe reservation.
The Menu: Julien Royer Meets American Heritage
Every Blue Box Cafe in the world runs a menu developed with a Michelin-starred chef, and Singapore is no exception. Julien Royer, the chef-owner of Odette at the National Gallery, is the man behind the Singapore menu. Odette has held three Michelin stars and regularly places in the top 10 of Asia's 50 Best Restaurants, so the pedigree is real.
The menu is described as classic American viewed through a French lens, with Singaporean twists. Expect all-day dining from breakfast through to desserts and tea. The format mirrors the original New York cafe, where dishes like the Fifth Avenue salad, avocado toast and a Tiffany Blue box of truffles have become signatures. Specific Singapore pricing has not been announced at the time of writing, but the Tokyo and Hong Kong cafes typically price set tea services around SGD 80 to SGD 120 per person, with a la carte mains around SGD 40 to SGD 70. Set Inside Tiffany Blue
If you have never been inside a Blue Box Cafe, the colour is the first thing you notice. Tiffany Blue, also known as 1837 Blue on the Pantone chart, is the brand's trademarked colour and it dominates every surface, from the upholstery to the crockery to the boxes that dessert arrives in. The ION Orchard cafe follows the same palette, with seating arranged around an open kitchen counter so diners can watch the pastry section plate the signature tea sets.

How to Get There
ION Orchard sits directly above Orchard MRT station on the North-South Line, and is also walkable from Somerset MRT via the underground link. The Tiffany & Co. boutique is on the ION Orchard side facing Orchard Boulevard, with the main entrance off the ground-floor luxury promenade. If you are coming by car, ION Orchard has a multi-storey carpark with entrance from Orchard Turn.
What to Order on Your First Visit
Based on the format at other Blue Box Cafes, the tea set is the headline order. It typically comes on a tiered Tiffany Blue stand with finger sandwiches, scones, and a rotation of seasonal pastries. The breakfast menu is also worth booking for, with avocado toast and the Tiffany Blue smoothie bowl as recurring signatures across the global outposts. If you want the full experience, plan a mid-morning slot so you can start with breakfast and linger into the tea service.
Reservations are expected to open on the Tiffany & Co. website closer to the mid-July opening date. Walk-ins are likely in the early weeks, but expect queues, especially on weekends. The cafe accepts reservations only, no large groups, and most global Blue Box Cafes cap tables at four diners, so plan accordingly.
